Description

The legendary BG name enters a new era with the all-new DAIWA BG SW spinning reel. Built from the ground up for serious saltwater anglers, the BG SW combines the proven toughness that made the BG famous with Daiwa’s latest engineering to deliver more power, strength, and reliability than ever before.

Available in sizes 5000 through 20000, the BG SW is equally at home casting from the surf, targeting powerful inshore species, or battling offshore giants. At its core is Daiwa’s new POWERDRIVE DESIGN, featuring an oversized POWER DIGIGEAR, POWERDRIVE ROTOR, and CRANK POWER BAIL for exceptional cranking power, improved rigidity, and smoother operation under heavy loads.

A rigid aluminium body with a sealed gearbox helps protects the internal components, making it water resistant, while the ATD Tough Carbon drag system delivers smooth, consistent stopping power when it matters most. The newly designed ergonomic handle knob provides a secure, comfortable grip during long fights, even in wet conditions.

Combining premium performance, exceptional durability, and outstanding value, the DAIWA BG SW is built for anglers who demand confidence when chasing everything from powerful inshore predators to trophy offshore gamefish.
