Where are you located?
We have 7 branches across KZN, South Africa. You can view all of the locations on our Stores page.
Are you open today, and what time do you close?
Working hours for all branches are on our Stores page. Some of our stores open and close at different times.
Do you courier bait?
Unfortunately, no. We do not courier bait due to it being a perishable item. We also do not sell bait online.
How much does delivery cost?
It is dependent on your location and the contents of your order. On average, deliveries range between R57.50 and R172.50. We offer free delivery for orders over R1000 in RSA.
How long does delivery take?
It is dependent on your location. On average, deliveries range between 1-5 work days. This excludes our internal lead time.
When will you send my order?
We do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, however, we specify a 5 work day lead time before delivery. This is to collect stock from our stores, if it is required.
Do you courier internationally?
Yes, we offer express deliveries with FedEx and DHL to most countries. To get a quote, add the items that you want to your cart and click on ‘Request a Quote’ at Checkout.
How do I open a wholesale account with The KingFisher?
You must email info@kingfisher.co.za including all of the relevant details regarding your business, and we will get back to you.
What is the process to return an item?
